This last Tuesday was one that left a smaller community in Colorado saddened by the death of the Longs (above) A homeschool family of 7 children from ages 5 to adult age leaves many with questions of despair as the suspect in custody is their 12 year old son. This particularly saddens me as I have an almost 12 year old son and to comprehend this is beyond words. Two siblings were injured also and are recovering after the 5 year old girl was stabbed and the 9 year old brother was stabbed and shot.
Prayers to the siblings and extended family during this terrible tragedy.
